This pull is one of my favorites from Hobby Lobby…Īnd as promised, here are four more fantastic makeovers from my friends!Ĥ. I love this green and if you have a lot of greenery, it is almost a neutral. I thought they would add a bit more charm, but I couldn’t come up with a complete matching set. I had hoped to find some antique wheels to add to the legs. ![]() This could be cute in just about any room! Using an electric sander is a great way to easily get this look.Īnd that pull was a sweet finishing touch to add a little more charm! I don’t usually do a ton of distressing, but I liked it for this piece to add some character. Here is how this simple table got a major update with just paint! Then, I sealed with Clear Coat in Satin using the blue sponge applicator. I wanted to distress this one more than usual, so I used my orbital sander to do that using 220 grit sandpaper. I gave the base two coats of Cotton (this photo is just the first coat) and the top got two coats of this delightful Farmhouse Green: So, I gave it a good cleaning and then opted for paint instead. However, after sanding with my sander, I could see that it was actually veneer and had already been sanded before down below the veneer: I’ve included a few affiliate links so you can find the products I love. I had originally planned to sand the top of this table and stain it since some of the stain had started to come off: ![]() This table is such a great example of how just paint alone can really change things up!
